2026 IU Health 500 Festival Mini-Marathon and Delta Dental 500 Festival 5K “Mini with a Meaning”

The 2026 IU Health 500 Festival Mini-Marathon and Delta Dental 500 Festival 5K bring thousands of runners and walkers to downtown Indianapolis for a day of fitness, tradition, and community.
